The Confidence Quest kit: quest map, mission cards, bravery badges and parent's playbook
Sound familiar?
  • Your child whispers "you ask for me" in every shop
  • They watch other kids play instead of joining in
  • They know the answer at school — but never raise their hand
  • Pep talks and "just be confident!" change nothing
Here's the shift
  • Lectures don't build confidence. Practice does.
  • Kids don't practice what feels like homework
  • But they'll play a game — again and again
  • Every level is one small, real-life brave step
From a shy moment, through a tiny mission, to a brave win
What's included

One quest. Four pieces.

30 short challenges, 10–15 minutes each: say hello first, perform for the family, ask a stranger a question. Small in size, big in courage.

The Bravery Badges sheet

The Bravery Badges

Printable badges earned at the end of every week. Not stickers for showing up — trophies for doing the brave thing.

Day 9 · Week 2: Speak Up Bravely

The Question Quest

🎤

Your mission

Ask one question out loud today to someone who isn't family. Any question counts — the quest is in the asking, not the answer.

How to play

  1. Pick your moment: a shop, the library, school, the playground.
  2. Think of your question and say it once in your head.
  3. Take one hero breath. Ask it out loud.
  4. Whatever the answer — mission complete. Mark it on your map!
Explorers · 6–8Ask a shop helper: "Where can I find the milk?" A grown-up can stand next to you.
Adventurers · 9–12Ask someone for directions, or ask a librarian to help you find a book — on your own.

Parent's corner

Don't jump in to rescue the silence — count to five in your head first. Afterwards say "You asked that all by yourself", not "See, that wasn't scary!"

Made for your child

Two tracks. Same adventure.

Every mission comes in two versions — pick the track that fits, or mix as your child grows braver.

Explorers dragon character

Explorers · Ages 6–8

Shorter steps, more play, a grown-up nearby. Missions lean on imagination: hero characters, magic words, brave poses.

Adventurers rocket Most chosen by parents

Adventurers · Ages 9–12

Real-world solo challenges: phone calls, ordering, introducing yourself. More independence, bigger badge moments.

Questions parents ask

FAQ

How much time does it take each day?

10–15 minutes for the mission itself. Some missions happen naturally during the day (like saying hello first) — then it takes no extra time at all.

What if my child doesn't want to do it?

That's exactly why it's a game, not a lesson. Start with the map on the wall and let curiosity work. Missions are ordered from easiest to bravest, and the Parent's Playbook has a whole page for reluctant starters. And if it truly isn't a fit — the 30-day guarantee covers you.

Do I need a printer?

Printing the map and badges makes it more fun, but everything also works from a phone or tablet screen. Many parents print just the map at a local print shop for under a dollar.

Is this therapy?

No. The Confidence Quest is a playful practice program for everyday shyness — speaking up, joining in, making friends. It is not a medical or therapeutic product, and it's not a substitute for professional help if your child needs it.

When do I get access?

Instantly. The full quest arrives by email right after payment as downloadable PDFs.

Refund policy

Try the quest for 30 days. If it's not a fit, send one email — no forms, no questions — and you get the full $24.99 back.
